Zhou GuangenA professor-level senior engineer, he is currently the executive deputy general manager and chief engineer of Zhejiang Southeast Grid Co., Ltd., the deputy director of the Expert Committee of China Steel Structure Association, and an adjunct professor of Harbin Institute of Technology.
In 2011, he was selected as "Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions in Zhejiang Province"; in 2012, he was awarded the special allowance of the State Council; in 2014, he was awarded the title of "Three Years of Outstanding Contribution to China's Steel Structure"... Won more than 30 provincial and ministerial awards item.
